Do the insiders (ie executives, mgmt, etc) get their shares bought out at the '34% premium price' or have they suffered like the rest of us as the YRI share price has dropped 40% since the announcement?

Its not at all idiotic, no i agree with you I am mystified by the 40% drop and just bought more.
