Just want to clarify that the value of $0.15/sh for Cubic, to my knowledge, is only a deemed value for transaction accounting and tax purposes. It is not necessarily indicative or management's view of the ultimate market value of Cubic once it begins trading. So that figure of $0.15 should not be taken as gospel or relied heavily upon.
