That news was released with the other news about the new cfo. Still awaiting the real reason for the halt. Uplisting?

Doesnt the share price have to be at a minimum price to be considered for uplisting to a major exchange?

Makes no sense though. The halt happened 6 hours AFTER that news release. I’ve never heard of a halt pending news when the news has already been released. We’ll see who’s right soon enough though! This is exciting, that’s all I know for sure!

I agree! There needs to be another reason for the halt, the price action was positive, the sell off this morning was most likely due to the prospectus and then a lot of buying went on in to the afternoon

I just hope to hell they dont' do the pp at 2.50 which im sure these a-holes are doing. Clearly people knew about it hence the massive sell off. I had hope for them but now i think they are just a bunch of crooks.

Well hold on fep, let’s wait and see how this all plays out. They did say at market prices. And it hasn’t began yet, so it might happen once the price is at 4$. We will have to wait and see.

thats just a dumb comment youngpupper who says there going to be a gap down lol has nothing to do with going anywhere the point is they prevented this from moving back up into the 3's minimum so they halted at this price
