Key Dates re Acquisition Moving Forward Expeditiously

Here are the key dates and details:
- Interim order with court is being presented on April 7
- vote takes place May 13
- final order with court cheduled for May 18

So all could be done by May 18th --- potentially in time for Zenabis release of Q1 results which will be very compelling (revised forecast of net cannabis revenue of $19+M with May through Augut quarter being blowout at >$30M)  as well as the reality that all conditions and the cleanup of Zenabis for acquisition into Hexo is complete.....HEXO share price by June is going to make a nice jump in the value of our converted Zena shares.

Only unknown (and need a lawyer to help interpret here) is the court case with Sundial. They were in court for May 29, 20 and April 1. The outcome of the case is tagged as "Adjourned Generally" .  Can someone help with what this "Adjourned Generally" might mean as there are no other dates scheduled as of yet.

Thanks MurHam, I posted your question about "Adjourned Generally", here is an answer: It means that it's adjourned until it's rescheduled but it doesn't mean that it will be rescheduled. It's doesn't necessarily mean that it's ended but it's different than being dismissed.

@jimmy Thanks for update. My read is that this is likely going to mean that Zenabis is going to have to negotiate a $ payout as the intention of the contract vs wording was likely the directive from the judge. My guess is Hexo is now involved to determine if they simply want to pay it off via a loan to Zena and move on.....my guess something close to $7-8M for royalty buyout will be added to $19

you had it all out there re the 18th closing of the Hexo deal thru' the BC courts , and I was posting like an idiot doing best guess at the nature of the filing based on the original legal contract ...guess I should have looked back on the posts a bit .
