 just guessing but I think Zenabis just filed something regarding the potential Hexo take-over of Zenabis in prep for the May 13th vote, I'm assuming to expedite the official transition. Could pay the $6 but I'm fine with best guess at this point. Figure there is no other party on the filing other than Zenabis so this is strictly a legal issue/filing with no contenders so what else could it be other than to have things set to change Zenabis to Hexo officially when/should the vote go favorably .

Company agrees that it will oppose any proposal from any Person that the Final Order contain any provision inconsistent with this Agreement and, if at any time after the issuance of the Final Order and prior to the Effective Date, Company is required by the terms of the Final Order or by Law to return to Court with respect to the Final Order, it shall do so after notice to, and in consultation and cooperation with, Purchaser....'

also for those wondering how long that will take , note the "not later than three Business Days after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Meeting" so not later than May 18th 2020.
