I usually don't like to put a price on stocks,however surely with no debt,and 125 million shares outstanding,revenue at 300 million,and excellent synergies,and growth profile for the merged companies,and a instant  distribution network for it's electric bikes,with government policies backing them ,the future looks very bright for this company,to me it seems very undervalued here.I can

Its an extremely large dilution that might take years to wade thru and the financial merits are not all that clear.I sold out earlier , because of these two factors.For a better China play , see V. JTI and V.MCV recently recommended as two top microcap picks.............
