Issuing 900,000 shares to pay for and make this deal work! How crazy is that! I hope shareholders dig deep before approval of this deal.

Thet're only issuing 80M which give Ayre a 45% control position...The others are NVPS wich are not common, they appear to only be an anti dillution mechanism for Ayre. If they're 4 times the largest publiclly traded mining Co. (Hive which has a 200M MC) then...They've got my vote.
