I personally believe the US deep state, who's after Trump
and trying to derail Trump is after THO's silver mine as the 3rd largest
in the world, and why the Obama/Hillary adminstratioin along with the UN
worked so hard to try to promote the indigenous uprising and had ithe
US ambassador pressure Guatemala's law makers to put a corrupt pro
US pro UN judge as head of the high constitution court.
Some deep state players are after the mine, where if they got it, the
indigenous protests and uprising would mysteriously disappear as they
mysteriously arose.
The constitutional court chief judge, Gloria Porras, term ends in 2021,
and then Trump if he gets a second term will be in better control of the
US gov't and deep state, and apply counter pressure and help THO
reappeal to the constitutional court if loses the court decision this year,
which i think is strong.
When THO says they are confident I think that is their confidence and is
long term.
That's why I think the word is out now by THO to brokerages to forget about
THO's silver mine in escobal Guatemala for the time period, which could be
for 3 to 4 years, (reappeal in 2021 for decison in 2022) and just concentrate
on THO's gold assets that are quite strong and has a value on THO's price
by the Lima, Peru brokerage, KALLPA, of over $9 US from its present $3.80
or so.
The plus side is, THO is not selling it's underground silver at the depressed
prices they are still at now, and likely to be a lot higher in 3 to 4 years.
Also unless the deep state part of the US and UN are forking out a lot of
money to the Xinca indigenous people they are going to get tired of
constantly protesting and looking increasingly like the bad guys and breaking
the law all the time. The recent hostage situation is not exactly following the
rule of law and is an exasperation uncalled for in a suspension like condition
of THO's silver mine.
It gives the world investment community more time to soberly consider the
matter, who are the corrupt players in the matter, and the whole indigenous
policy of the UN to upset nations' economies and development.
I'm not talking about good compensating economic and environmental policies
for regular citizens and indigenous people alike, that gov'ts, corporations
and mining companies have to satisfy both citizens and indigenous people on.
But policies that decide what endeavors can and can't be done in a nation that
no other groups can do.

Didn't you listen to the conference call. Clayton seemed optimistic about Escobal opening. When it does, the stock will sky rocket. Escobal is the jewel.

It's just my take and gist of how things are happening. No insider knowledge or anything like that.
