pretty positive news I'd say. I'm really struggling with why THO wouldn't have had the due diligence to complete the ILO 169 with MEM over the past year, there's no way they didn't know about it.

Agreed - it has been mentioned in the various news reports that the actions taken by the CC could have been completed much sooner. However, it makes sense that the CC would have waited until the 2018 Census was completed in the extended period that closed on August 31st before making the ruling official. This will allow them to reference the census to determine the population that self ...more
