So is it worth to take the cash or stock deal?
Lots of upside for Pan Am here...

I'm taking the stock deal if the vote passes. THO is in a good position financially but can't seem to sort it's business out. There is always trouble. Maybe PAAS can help. Also, the PAAS board has nothing posted about this. I wanted to hear their take on things.

Make no mistake, this is a terrible deal for shareholders of Tahoe. This explains the drop from $6 to $3 for no reason. I'm not impressed today, and am on the fence still about what I'll do.

Well today so far we are up by about 42 %. If the momentum holds, we could be in for a small run up. We need to make it difficult for PAAS to do the deal at $3.40. That number is just plain old WAY-TOO-LOW!!! We are worth a HECK of a lot more than that!!!................................

I agree it is a terrible deal for THO shareholders. Believed that this company has a great prospect and invested. Except for some political issues which is prevalent in any third world country, I believe that THO has a great future if they did hold on. Personally not happy with the sale

When it comes down to the vote, I WILL NOT be supporting this deal with my shares. Now all the sudden Escobal is this great mine with massive profits and potential, unbelievable. Tahoe should keep Escobal for themselves and when it restarts Pan American can buy is out for $10+.

I've experienced many of these buyout deals and I can assure you that this deal will go through. I agree, it's a bad deal for retail TAHO shareholders but not much we can do other than hope we get a better offer.

Ill take the cash for THO shares I hold in my margin account, and keep the shares I have in my RRSP (in the red) for the long term. See what PAAS and THO can do.
