Headline should read: Pan Am buys Escobal for free

If this all plays out I believe PAAS will self off Timmins and Puru assets to cover cost of Escobal purchase.  It’s very clear from the Concall that PAAS has been eye humping Escobal for years.  

On the bright side, I truly believe the this new management can fix this mess in Guatemala and keep the peace in Puru.

When silver shoots back up PAAS is over 30/share easy.
