Just wondering out loud, why there wasn't a quorum at the special meeting? Could the proxy vote not have gone their way, waiting for more votes to come in, agreeing with the board of directors transaction resolution? It does sound strange!!! It would be helpful if a fuller explanation was given.

It would be appreciated if management was more open about the merger, it gives the impression that much is being held too close to the vest, information that shareholders need in order to make an educated decision on their investment and the future of the company.

This time they will have a quorum, another embarrassment isn't what FLT wants, it puts a damper on what should be a highlight for the company, the merger with Volatus..
