Check out the chart for institutional ownership for TBP, you'll see that they have been buying steadily since Sept 21 until now, and have increased their position with Dec news.  GLTA

Only fiools think their posts are effecting the SP.  Bashers posting lies & opinions 24/7, Why? Check their post history for a good laugh, the whole sector is down since Feb and institutionals are buying.  $$$
