This might come in the news soon. This patent is granted to tetra on feb 24, 2022. Yet to be announced. Application date back in 2019. See link below

This patent is QIXLEEF related. See the figure page and the  inhalation of QIXLEEF. Inhalation device and composition. A lot of details there.
