Tetra is not even worth .02 cents , please reality for once after leading people into this disaster , saying next week , next month any day now crappola you push.We all should have bailed at .25 when you were preaching , it can't go much lower , then at .19 cents saying you were loading the boat , you should be sharing a cell with Guy if burn't shareholders had their way.
Keep your head in the sand , there ain't going to be any buying on the way up from bankruptcy and Guy giving the company to Panag Pharma A PRIVATE INC. COMPANY , because Tetra cannot make the promised payments in the 10 year deal he made with them .
In August they had $150,000.00 with an loan obligation to pay $1,660,000 to a private lender
Tetra will fund Panag's research no less than $1,200,000.00 annually until 2029 .
IF THIS FUNDING IS NOT MET, THE $15,000,000.00 IN MILESTONE PAYMENT BECOME DUE AND PAYABLE IMMEDIATELY READ PAGE 31 FROM THE AUGUST 31,2022 MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION.
