It will be months before Tetra trades again IF ever !

The Company also announced PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) has resigned as auditors and are now working with McGovern Hurley LLP to complete the preparation of these filings and expects to file its 2022 annual financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis on or before April 15, 2023.
PwC LLP doesn't work for nothing the way shareholders have for the past 5 years .Zero communication , I am thinking Tetra is stalling and they do not want to disclose how much debt Tetra really has outstanding , no communication from the company what so ever, it takes two weeks normally to produce financials. They are stalling ! Trading at .01 and no volume to speak of. There are also additional daily penalties for not trading and if they have do produce statements there will be an application reinstatement fees to trade again, I don't believe Guy will spend any of his 5 million plus he got from Aphria or the 500,000 a year he got from running Tetra into the ground .Droninabol still sitting at number 5 with 8 covid priority so really in 13th spot with zero updates , May 4th , 2023 today.I don't think Guy plans on saving Tetra for the shareholders, its all about him and his science not the shareholders , we were all just used for his bank.
