From Morpheus on Discord “Anyone interested in a private lawsuit against Directors and Officers of TBP for Breach of Fiduciary Duty please email TBPLegalaction@shaw.ca and confirm your interest and number of shares and/or C warrants you own. The general conditions include each shareholder/warrant holder contributing a formulated amount based on the the number of shares/warrants they hold in order to come up with approximately $100,000 initial legal fund. Fund would be held with legal firm of our choosing for control, monitoring and reporting. Would not be a class action fund, so only participating shareholders/warrant holders would be eligible for any award upon successful suit. Contributions to legal fund would depend on how many shares/warrants held by participants. Warrant contributions priced at 25% of share contributions to legal fund.”

That's great and all.... Sue them for what? They have nothing left. $ Sure sue them... they'll just throw the lawsuit on the rest of the bankrupt pile.  Eg. Ok TBP, you hosed these investers out of $1billion dollars. we've found you guilty and order you to pay up legal fees, losses and damages,..  Sounds great right... Their response.... Ok,. ...more

You bet.  Did we sell when all the red flags were up the company was going down? Nope. Held on until the end. Was basically at $0 anyways at $.02.   ...more

Once again as per usual who knows where the email address they gave goes , no Law company name  just an email address , perhaps just another scam linked to the first one .Not enough information for it to mean anything , typical TBP style.
