Large volume trading in the US

Shares traded as high as .019 USD yesterday and 650.000 shares traded so far today. I wonder if the corpse is being sold.

If the corpse was being sold would the share holders still have to vote ?

Yes, the shareholders own the corpse and although the buyers proceeds may partly go to other creditors, we shareholders get to decide if the deal happens or not.
