Class Action Lawsuits

There's no dearth in the US of ambulance chasing shyster law firms. Now that the bank has formally pleaded guilty, these firms are likely drooling at potential easy pickings and we could see new names jumping on the bandwagon.
Has mgmt stashed funds to settle these lawsuits?
