TD $4B potential fine for drug dealing + money laundering

That will eat up TD entire free cash and today observing Berkshire Hathaway dumping Billions of Bank of America tells me that TD is the strong Cdn candidates of going the way of the Dinosaurs & even Jerome's .75 cut in Sept can't save this onslaught.

Yes, possible 4b fine. Possible .5b fine. I don't know and you don't know. TD did no drug dealing, a very small number of junior employees were responsible for allowing money laundering. Another shoe has fallen, as expected. This is going to take a lot of time to bring around a correction and will take more time to regain the trust that TD had established. Making RBC standout as a pillar of strength and trust, all of a sudden BNS and BMO are also providing some decent opportunity. Oh, and there's more shoes to drop as the details and conditions of the penalties are announced.
