Given the political environment, a foreign takeover of a large company like Teck may fall flat as requires government approval (esp with risk of jobs lost to outside Canada).
Still a great company but still a cyclical biz.
maybe they will use cash flow to pay down debt and eventually raise the dividend to shareholders.
