Why does this co. only make about .50 per share?

When    book     value    is    9.24  ,   they    lend   at    high    rates  like   13%  , and    use     leverage .       .50     is   only    a    return     of      5.41%    of   book  value     of    9.24    .    Is   money   all    used     up    in     G&A     expenses  ?

Actually in the last quarter they paid almost twice as much in income taxes as they paid in G&A expenses.    If you actualyse EPS of the last quarter you have .18* 4 =0.72$ USD  for a BVPS of aprox 7$USD   G&A expense as to be there if you want good quality loans and analysis. Well My 2 cents.   Good news keep stacking up, price will have to adjust ...more

I calculated that replacing the old bank line added about C$0.07 to EPS (before tax) for a full year based on how drawn it was at the end of Q3.

A lot of good developments lately. I think the SP is finally going to turn higher again.
