TBL now trading at 52 week hi's for the last few days-BARELY 3x expected P/E...show me a cheaper stock trading on the TSX??? unfortunately, it is now caught up in a classic value trap...PAY A DIVI OR BUY WHATS LEFT OF THE PUBLIC FLOAT OUT!!!!!!! dwdc
