2022 Q2 results out...19 cents/share

not bad considering a full quarter of falling prices..when you include Q1 - 6 months earnings of 56 cents/share. Building sector has slowed but there are still pockets of demand..EVEN IF YOU CALLED 24 cents OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS..STILL LEAVES A FORWARD P/E of 3X...

where's the special dividend????
