... is what remains to be seen. Sure it's a low-ball price, but in negotiations one never leads off with the price they're really willing to pay. First, they want to see how much "pushback" they're going to get, that gives them a sense of how much they need to raise the initial offer to shut up the whining.
That said, don't expect too much more. $.30/$.35 tops. Maybe. I'll take that.

so, count, do you suggest we all write an email to IR and protest?
