the Issuer’s market(s) or political/regulatory trends.
• The Company continues to monitor the various cannabis-related bills
introduced by the US government.
• The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) issued 40 consumption
lounge licenses on November 30, 2023, by way of a random drawing. Of the
40 licenses awarded, 20 retail consumption lounges were issued, and 20
independent consumption lounge licenses were issued. 10 of the 20
independent consumption lounge licenses were awarded to social equity
applicants. The Company is strategically planning for the opening of
consumption lounges in the first half of 2023.
