AGM

Ha anyone received any documentation on this AGM? I have nothing. No proxy papers or any form or even notice of an AGM. This is not proper procedure for any corporation, especially an offering corporation.

Nothing yet. I think there are guidlines pertaining to AGM's and the timely mailing of information.
