I have all the faith that our equity committee counsel will make it quite difficult for the debtors' minions  to benefit only the "secured" creditors and leave us (the equity owning shareholders) with nothing.   Regards,  Popps

popps, I have been considering small claims court in B.C. AS YOU CAN SUE UP TO 25,000.00. I believe w.d. mislead ( as he was found of  guilty before) in the conference call in the fall. If the list of 300+ all did this it could cost him millions versus the small fine he paid before. Any thoughts?
