Tilray Financials

Tilray 1st Q ended March 31st. Their usual reporting of that 1stQ would have been MidMay.

Since the merge Tilray will be using Aphria financial calendar: June 1st thru May 31st.

Since the merger is completed, I would guess that Tilray, including former Aphria, Sweetwater, CCPharma, etc. will all close the year on May31st and have a JOINT YEAR END and announce the results mid July, 2021.

Has anyone heard?

Indeed. TD shows the 13th but NASDAQ is showing the 10th. THIS COMING MONDAY. Hang on boys, I think she is going to rocket....... either way. Let's hope North. However .......... be prepared.

Yo Vinny All those different dates are nothing more then estimate's generated by algorithms Not going to happen imo There has been no official announcement or NR I would be surprised if we see a separate earnings report for Q1, 2021 of the old Tilray Guessing it will be included in with the new Tilray earnings at the end of July or 1st week of August as the new Tilray is ...more

Vinny Not looking for an arguement, rather just sharing info Have another look around and I think you will find a bunch of other so called earning dates which have also been generated by algorithms. TipRanks and Investing.com are showing May 18th Earnings Whisper is showing May 17th New Cannabisventures Revenue Tracker is showing May 17th FWIW, I find this one of the best ...more
