why doesnt it look good... i see they want the ability to issue shares to grow the company.. to seize opprotunity to exspand rapidly.. yes perhaps more shares but a bigger pie and bigger profits.. nothing wrong with that..jmho cheers

I agree, in fact its pretty rare for a business to grow without borrowing cash. I also think Irwin has his sites on a few good opportunities.

I agree this is a good thing. issuing shares to fund a good sized aquisition that is accretive to the bottom line earnings now and now later gets my  vote.  Not waiting 5 years later for the earnings to start showing is not worth it. My guess is Irwin already has his sites on what he wants to buy with the funds.  I trust his judgement  Ron

We are talkng over half a billion dollars in US funds.  We are talking nearly 1 billion shares outstanding. The hole just keeps getting deeper. Do you remember when we (Aphria) had just over 100,000 shares outstanding?  What will we do with the half a billion?  More options and bonuses I suspect for you know who. My advice to you ............... Trade this bloating elephant as I do.

Because there was no reason for the run.  There has been no catalyst.  It was a false run. It was an opportunity to sell higher (which I did). The news means more dilution......... yet again. LMFAO. Over 15 hours with no chatter, for a stock that has the highest market share in the industry. LOL no other stock is like this, its a wonder folks are now only agreeing w one another or spouting things like "eventually", "one day", "we shall see".  its fuucking pathetic no wonder the markets and MMs dont give 2 sh!ts and nor does reddit. PROVE ME WRONG
