It Should Be Illegal

For banks, through their analysis, to pump or dump any stock that they themselves already own. Furthermore, they should be banned from buying or selling any stock that they pump or dump for 3 months after the analysis. Fines and prison time should result.

I guarantee if Barclay said Tilray is a strong buy with a price target of $100.  Everyone will be singing their praise.  Lol.  Got to love the markets.  People just cant take things for what it is.  The whole sector shot up almost 20% last week on nothing but speculation about some new cannibus legislation.  Today has nothing to do with Barclay.  Geez are people ...more

the people that everyone should be most angry at are the politican who are dragging their feet on legislation. They are dragging their feet for their own politicla gain, rather than help the people who put them in office.

It appears as though old Barclays doubled up on their existing Short Position as of Nov 9th increased to 275,800 Shares Short.
