Schumer said he won't add SAFE to the senate NDAA

But it will be added in the conference process, giving Schumer the option to say he was opposed and pin it on the conference process if it gets through.  GLTA

Yeah, and if you remember the pending tsx ruling on Aphria in Florida, their should be a massive volume run up just before the decision is made, and massive dumping if it fails.  $$$

IMO The same thing should happen with safe, massive run up to get Joe Retail to pile on for a juicing or no run up to buy up shares before it passes.  GLTA
