I prefer fundamentals over technicals. However:

IF we don't drop tomorrow, it has been a full month of higher lows. ...... A good sign.

One of my technicals I use is the RSI (Relative Strengh Index). If a stock gets to around a 30 RSI, then it's oversold, and unless there's some underlying bad news for the company, then it may be a buy. If the RSI gets to around 70 then it tends to be overbought and may be a good time to sell some. If you look at the link below, Tilray's at around 50 RSI, so neither seller or buyer at ...more
