I Just yse Ink Research on Waterhouse. But if you actually drill down - the 'insiders' weren't buying, they were excercising thier RSUs. Basically, free money for them. Retail investors have to risk their own cash to invest in Tilray, senior managment and insiders get free options at no risk.
