This is what keeler calls vertically integrated

In comparison with Tilray Brands Curaleaf has 305 million less cash on hand. Three times less global infrastructure. Tilray Brands commands an alcohol network across the USA and hemp. We have two certfied facilities in Europe. We have state of the art facilities in Canada and we grow in the South Americas. Here's Curaleaf quarter with billion DILUTION ON THE DECKS AND NO end in sight to their cash burn like Tilray has been given guidance. The fact is safe will most likely fail all though I'm hoping for a surprise. While Tilray canablizes the Canadian market as across the board LP's large and regional fail. Tilray brands ends up the thendolinate player. Curaleaf will remain stuck in a federally illegal country no diversification and need to dilute a billion in hopes to catch ip to Tilray in EU not to mention Curaleaf has no institutional investment. Black rock sold bought Tilray.

Curaleaf numbers vertically integrated. Depends on your deification if vertical

  • Adjusted net loss(1) attributable to Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. of $252 million or net loss per share(1) of $0.35
  • Adjusted EBITDA(1) of $305 million or 23% of revenue, excluding non-cash goodwill impairments and inventory write-downs of $225 million

Sorry about the type outs. Can you believe keeler pubishes Tilray and promotes this garbage Curaleaf?  That's how you know it's a short distort he isn't fair across the board. I'm being fair. Tilray Brands is in far better shape (not perfect) but way way way better then Russian Shunned Curaleaf
