Tilray Anheuser Busch InBev sale breakdown
"Anheuser Busch bought Blue Point Brewery in 2014 for $24 million.
AB bought 10 Barrels Brewery in 2015 for $50 million.
AB bought Breckenridge Brewery in 2016 for $70 million !
Thats $144 million and I haven't even mentioned HiBall energy, Widmer Bros. , Redhook, Shock Top or Square Mile Cider!
Add at minimum another $100 million for those and you get the picture.
Simon made a GREAT $85 million deal with the hurting Anheuser Busch/InBev giant and gave Tilray more control of the craft beer industry while adding many more avenues of distribution. It takes a giant to become one."

NOTE: Plus increased value of real estate, inventory...
I've seen large purchases of businesses that the final sale amounted only to property values. I believe this fall along those same lines.

The fortress has and still is being built from the ground up, brick by brick. Cheers, V
