Budweiser divested from some of its craft

Offering but still maintains an impressive craft portfolio to focus more resources in the disaster they created with woke bud light. Irwin Simon was able to capitalize on this opportunity and purchased 8 breweries that generate 250 million in income for 85 million all cash deal no dilution required all the while maintaining an operating postion of 370 million for Tilray brands more then Curaleaf and trulieve the cash burning disasters combined. The shorts will come with propaganda after propaganda or maybe not even short. People desperate to get back in because they made a mistake.  Tilray Brands will create massive synergies with these new brands and our existing infrastructure something Irwin Simon has been a master at. I challenge your perspective on "who" caused the issues here. It wasn't Bud, it was ignorant Americans. War on woke is a false narrative, created by ignorance and fear, fed by bigots and divisiveness, funded by foreign interested parties. It's blatently transparent what is going on here. Much like Tilray, the false narratives designed to sway "perspectives" towards a ...more

Because of this fifth ingredient politics Tilray Brands scored large. Irwin Simon would never admit it was a direct consequence we got that amazing deal because of the controversy. Irwin Simon is too smart for that he knows it will blow over and he cultivated an excellent relationship with BUD while steering clear of the politics. The relationship between Tilray and Bud I feel will play a big role ...more

Bud Light's 'unforeseen error' makes enticing case for business schools, 'Shark Tank' star Kevin O'Leary says Bud Light sees lasting impact of controversial collaboration with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney Bud Light’s unprecedented downfall is becoming a striking topic in business schools among the U.S. as "Shark Tank" investor Kevin O’Leary gears up to ...more

It's almost impossible for a brand to achieve what Bud Light has over the decades with savvy marketing and sport's sponsorships. They tossed it a massive chunk of it away leading them to sell 8 craft breweries way less then they paid for to Tilray Brands. Why BUD got involved with this trans controversy is beyond me. People don't want their companies promoting initivies posting fake ...more
