Yes vetura,

Tilray got those 8 craft brewers at bargain basement prices because AB's shareholders said they were making TOO MUCH MONEY - and AB needed to get rid of some of it's cash generating operations.

AB only kept the really lousy, cash burning craft brewers.

5th largest craft brewer in America?
Maybe something to brag about a couple of years ago - when craft breweries were on the upswing, not really saying much in 2023 when everyone else is getting out of the sector.

RE:Tilray will become the fifth-largest craft brewer in U.S.

Meanwhile Tilray's alcoholic beverage revenue soared 33% to $95 million. The addition of its newly acquired brands from AB InBev will triple the size of Tilray's beer business, from 4 million to 12 million cases. This will also make Tilray the United States' fifth-largest craft brewer (up from ninth previously) with pro forma beverage alcohol portfolio revenue of $300 million. Even better, Tilray will enjoy new distribution relationships through the Anheuser-Busch system going forward, significantly strengthening its distribution footprint.

If we had to explain liquidity, institunial investment and difference of being on the Nasdaq then the OTC. Why should anyone trust your short narrative on Tilray Brands purchasing of breweries when the market praised them for it as a whole including prominent analysts?  Come on Keller

In 2018 Irwin Simon has built a billion dollar company Hain Celestial and rose to CEO of Tilray Brands. Others were here complaint they purchased hexo and couldn't afford Canopy. Who understands economics better?
