Majority of US has Legal Cannabis

It may not be known to most however if you Google "how many U.S. states have legal cannabis" you will find that over 40 states have cannabis legalised either for medical or recreational use.

The progress being made on the federal level is embarrassingly slow and soon I exoect the Fed will be playing catch up to what individual states have already put in place.

The SAFER Bank Act is expected to get voted on before year end. The MORE Act is another to be familiar with.

A recent article I read noted 44 states have some level of legal cannabis.  That would include all that just have medical, as well as those that just have rec.  Combined red + medical is going to be lower but I am closely watching that 1/2 way mark where the majority of states have both. IMHO the Fed is eventually going to have no choice but to acknowledge what the majority wants and
