Omg - Regardless of the number of States

that Tilray distributes alocohol in - it's pretty irrelevant to its cannabis operation.
Interstate commerce falls under the individual State jurisdiction and control, neither federal legalization or re-scheduling changes that - no cannabis company, US, Canadian or Maltese gets an auto entrance onto the 50 states.

Scheduling Recommendation Letter Despite FOIA Requests, Lawsuit

After nearly three months and multiple Freedom of Information Act requests, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services still has not publicly confirmed that it recommended cannabis be reclassified as a Schedule III controlled substance. One attorney who filed a lawsuit to obtain the letter calls the situation "asinine" and "profoundly disappointing."

The moral of the story, it really doesn't matter for Tilray Brands.
Don't read to much into that though, it will rocket on any press release of forward progress in the legalization of Cannabis in the USA.

Tilray Brands is entering into a $110 bil ($28 bil Craft) beverage industry in 2024 with 13 breweries. Federally legal in all states, with Tilray Brands sales in close to all 50 states.

Short distort and ridiculous. Every MSO like Tilray Brands will have to apply for each state approval and license. No MSO has an advantage after federal legalization

Tilray is backed up by it's alchol sales with the company reporting that it is the 5th largest craft brewer now in the US.  I view that as a nice little safety net for the overall operation and one I am thankful for as an investor in the company. In terms of the HHS Re-scheduling.  Tilray is doing the bulk of it's business in Canada with the remainder being overseas.  The ...more

No Matt lamers it's not irrelevant to its cannabis operations.  The infastructure operates legally and remains present and profitable to change over quickly while Curaleaf outright needs to pull out

2500 views?  Good gosh, this has to be the most ridiculous post of 2023 on Tilray Brands.  Did you know that Tilray Brands has 4 segments.  Cannabis  Beverages Alcohol  Wellness  Distribution    Beverage Alcohol increased 17% to $24 mil. from prior year quarter. Thats with 3 breweries! Montauk just started posting revenue.   Each ...more
