DEA seems to not remember what the "E" is for. Sounds more like government departments fighting over authority / power however I would be inclined to say that it would be a short-lived fight considering the DEA is just there to ENFORCE the law, not define it.

I would have to agree Q, Senate will put there foot down as they always do. The long and winding road of American Politics.
