No calculators!

I was hoping to finish my R&R before Tilray squeezed out another round of dilution, but alas.
 
Tilray paid down the TLRY 5.25% notes by $18.5 mil in Dec. and $12.5 mil in Jan., leaving a balance of $97.5 mil. There are four months till the note is due. Who can calculate how much dilution per month is required to fully pay off the note? Show your work.
