me on ignore several times - and yet you still read my posts. Are you sure you actually know how to use the 'ignore' function?

It doesn't mean you're u sign out of Stockhouse for the night. That's not you do, is it? .....Is it?

So, in a nutshell - Simon overspent to buy another compaby facing bankruptcy - in 2021 in the hopes the US would legalize - the debt would convert into shares and Tilray would eventually have a pathway into the U.S. market.

The problem is that the US hasn't legalized and until they do, Tilray can't actually acquire Medmen - Medmen is facing bankruptcy which will result in Tilray's $225 million cash purchase of debt evaporating into thin air with ZERO recovery or benefit to shareholders.

Now I've told you my understanding - please share your secret knowledge and in depth knowledge of what's really going to happen.

  You say that D'IRWIN did not do due diligence in researching Medmen before investing in the company. You mean that D'IRWIN and his management are not intelligent enough to administer TLRY.

How can you say such a thing without being in management? OF IRWIN AND HIS ADMINISTRATION IVESTIS IN MEDMEN FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. One day you'll see what they put money into MEDMEN for. I have an idea but I won't tell you. I understand that there are people here who will find this funny, but wait, I think we will get answers very quickly.

If Tilray Brands wasn't worth it would they have spent this much time here?  Just look at todays content lol. We all agree Tilray Brands is worth it.

Think about it. All repeated short distort talking points. Look how much time spent on TLRY repeating the same stuff at that. I believe Tilray Brands is worth it that's why me coming here is of no issue. And if anyone negative spends this much time here deep down they know it's worth it.
