Look on Tilray's statements. All taxes paid in Full. They have also mentioned this fact during conference calls. this Tabloid article purposely doesn't mention names of LPs in good standing as its well known they write for short sellers. You knew that. That is why you are posting it here.

Looks like the CRA wants to be in the front of the line before chapter 11 kicks in on all these faling entities. It's good to see that Tilray is up to date, the ripple effect on the Canadian sector would have been painful. Lets hope ACB and WEED are also up to date, although I'm sure there are plenty of institutions willing to lend money for the tier 1s.

There are too many LP's as it is so some weeding out might be beneficial for those still standing.

Another basher takes a stab at discrediting TLRY. What a surprise! Speaking of surprises, HITI is still sucking wind but no one from this board except for me is there bashing. Hmmmm.

The comment was in relation to avoiding debt and taking any more on. It may have been the same interview, or another around the same time, however he also commented on having multiple offers for csh which he has turned down. He's working with what he has and considering the bombardment of new products being rolled out I will say he's doing very well .

Yep, that is what he was referring too, with the CRA announcement of ordering the collection of tax arrears at the retail point I though it an important discussion point to bring up,as this could worsen tthe situation for any company juggling debt issues. Apparently, it was the wrong thing to do on this board.
