Tilray Brands Inc > Tilray investors have paid Simple simon

Tilray investors have paid Simple simon

$66 million in 3 years - and he bought $100,000 worth of shares in the company in January?

If Tilray is such a fantastic investment - why haven't the insiders, who should know, be willing to risk any of their own money to invest in it?

The longs on this board are confident - insiders, not do much

Celebrity CEOs: Irwin Simon has collected about $66 million in pay in the three years he has been CEO of Tilray Brands, the large pot producer. Simon became a media celebrity as he built up the U.S. health-food purveyor Hain Celestial. But despite its merger with rival Aphria Inc., Tilray has posted total losses during Simon’s tenure of about $3.1 billion, a period in which Tilray stock has lost about 85 per cent of its value. Corporate boards often recruit “superstar” CEOs and investors come to regret their choice.

Pay for underperformance:

There are extraordinarily gifted corporate CEOs who deserve outsized pay packets.

But too often, CEO pay is where value for money went to die.

If it's such a bad investment (you're not short in your own words to risky) why are you on TLRY Tilray Brands board 24/7?  Fair question.  If it's worth your time it's worth owning. My thoughts
