You may want to do a Google Search on how many US States have opted to legalize Medican and / or Recreational Cannabis.  You should find apx 44 States of 50 have already made the leap and legalized one or the other.  The US Fed is already behind the times, IMHO they will indeed legalize simply do to "the majority rules" reality of politics.  Besides this, it's an

I don't think anyone expects full legalization at a federal level for some time in the US, just rescheduling, wich unfortunately, won't help Tilray as they remain locked out of the MJ market in the US. They could have looked at a similar structure as CGC with a holding company in the US but that in itself would take some time to implement. I have not seen any news if he has that would
