He is speculating that Tilray will be able to sell medical cannabis into US with it being moved to schedule 3. He stipulated that he needs to confirm. Tilray in 20 different countries (he notes)

He did speak very well regarding the issue. Did anyone also notice David Klein's remarks regarding the German medical market, where he stated that Canopy is the number 3 player in Germany. He expects a $2B market within the nezt 2 years. So if Canopy is number 3 Ia m fairly sure Tilray is number 1.  The share price is way too low and this will be proven shortly. ( I hope). GLTA
