Tilray has enough cash and cashable securities on hand to make a move on a US or EU asset. Once legalization goes thru, most shares in cannabis will double or triple minimum. They will sell after legalizations as they do not need the cash.

Tilray also has excess huge new greenhouses, offices and industrial properties included in the merger.  Those will start moving out soon.

I can't see Tilray filling any part of the ATM at current prices unless they need more money right now.  Also do the distributors of the shares get a higher commission fee if the SP is trading higher?

They are forecast to be profitable fiscal 2025 WITHOUT the US rescheduling. If logistics get in the way, they still have their alcohol business, cannabis in Canada and Germany, their distribution business, and food business; the US potential is just the cherry-on-top. If anything, a long delay and legal hurdles will help TLRY, as many US based companies are already teetering on collapse if there ...more

Fiscal 2025 actually starts pretty soon for TLRY.  You would be surprised how many folks don't know the difference between a fiscal year and a calendar year.
