Daily marijuana use outpaces daily drinking in the US

I now understand why this is selling off because more Americans prefer cannabis over alcohol, I guess if this was an oil producer and more oil was being used I would sell...wtf? the shorts can do whatever they want but they will be buying the shares back because everyone knows that once the rubber stamp is on legalization this will be heading towards $10 when TLRY reveals their expansion. And the deal the company has made to sell shares to expand the company is brilliant no loan payments no interest and if they sold 10% of the company to expand revenues 30% and the money made goes straight to your bottom line instead of paying back a loan will add huge value to the shares... you guys are going backwards. I would of figured that on a day when oil, gold and bitcoin was down that cannabis would be a buy. In 2022 the cannabis sector valued at $43 Bil and in 2023 $57 Bil by 2030 $444 Bil so ya sell these shares for pennies!!

What if Tilray were selling 16% of the company ( $250 million at today's closing price) and were adding revenue to the top line, but not the bottom line? I guess there is still room for optimism as the newly diluted shares will only be sold on the Nasdaq,  so the Canadian shares will be worth more. Supply and demand, eh?
