It's a press release on their website. They are planning to acquire a company to better position themselves in the US

When you visit the Tilray website yourself to confirm what the truth actually is (because that's literally your job when you play the markets) just pay attention to the wording of the press release to see if they ever mention that the company they are looking to acquire is based on the US or not... There's nothing in there to say they are not buying a company based in Canada, or Germany ...more

Does "looking to" mean it will happen. Probably not a USA company, but I wouldn't be surprised if they go out and get a Cdn company.  I guess in your philosophy they could go out and acquire a little food distributor in a corner of a State. That would help aid in future US expansion. A vegetable distributor would help with the Cucs and Tomatoes.  Gotta like the way you ...more

If they buy another Canadian operator I am selling.that will prove Irwin doesn't learn from his mistakes.
